利用草炭作为露天矿排土场表土的替代材料的改良剂,通过对苗期紫花苜蓿生理性能的响应研究草炭的改良效果。以紫花苜蓿为供试作物,采用矿区的深层土作为表土替代材料进行盆栽试验。采用单因素随机试验,草炭按照0、10、30、50 g/kg的干土进行配比,同时以当地的表土作为对照,测定了苗期紫花苜蓿的生长指标和生理指标。结果表明:草炭对苗期紫花苜蓿的叶面积、株高、根长、生物量、叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、可溶性蛋白和细胞膜透性等指标均有显著影响,当草炭添加量为50 g/kg时,草炭对提高苗期紫花苜蓿的生理和抗逆性能最为明显,对表土替代材料的改良效果最佳。
The use of peat as a surrogate agent for topsoil replacement in opencast mines was used to study the improvement effect of peat by responding to the physiological characteristics of alfalfa at seedling stage. Alfalfa was used as the test crop, and the deep soil in the mining area was used as a substitute for topsoil for pot experiment. Using single factor randomized experiment, peat was mixed with 0, 10, 30 and 50 g / kg dry soil, and the local topsoil was used as a control to measure the growth and physiological indexes of alfalfa at seedling stage. The results showed that the leaf area, plant height, root length, biomass, chlorophyll, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) Protein and membrane permeability were all significantly affected. When the amount of peat was 50 g / kg, the effect of peat on physiological and stress resistance of alfalfa at the seedling stage was the most obvious, and the improvement effect on topsoil replacement material was the best.
