在当今社会迅速发展的过程中,管理方法的优劣显示出的问题越来越突出。复杂的社会所具有的动态,以及人类所特有的个体差异性,其自主性和目的性都有着很大的不同之处。这就促使在以往的量化和模型化的管理特点中不断探索、创新,才能适应新时期、新环境的发展。要提高管理能力,就必须在管理理念、管理体制、管理方式等方面下功夫,通过探讨新的管理方法来提升管理能力。
In today’s rapid social development process, the merits of management methods show more and more prominent issues. The dynamics of complex societies, as well as the individual differences inherent in human beings, differ greatly in their autonomy and their purpose. This makes it possible to constantly explore and innovate in the past management of quantitative and model management to adapt to the development of the new era and environment. To improve the management ability, we must work hard in management philosophy, management system, management style and so on, and explore new management methods to enhance management capability.
