针对运载火箭运载能力提升引起的动载荷条件严苛化对结构动力学性能的高要求,以现役载人运载火箭整流罩飞船支撑结构为原型,对载人火箭整流罩和飞船之间的连接支撑结构进行了动响应拓扑优化设计。动响应分析采用模态加速度法,以在保证计算效率的前提下提高计算精度。动载荷分析结果表明,优化效果明显。
Aiming at the high requirement of structural dynamic performance due to the severe dynamic load caused by the increase of carrying capacity of launch vehicle, the supporting structure of the active manned launch vehicle’s fairing spacecraft is taken as the prototype to support the connection between the manned rocket fairing and the spacecraft Structure dynamic response topology optimization design. Dynamic response analysis using modal acceleration method to improve the calculation accuracy in order to ensure the efficiency of the premise. Dynamic load analysis results show that the optimization effect is obvious.
