某典型薄壁异形铸件采用ZL101A合金生产,基于支架铸件结构形状与铸造工艺难点,试验设计了熔模+低压铸造复合凝固成形工艺。结果表明,通过在铸件蜡模薄壁区域增设加强筋与排气条、调整型壳焙烧阶梯升温工艺参数、优化低压充型及T6固溶淬火热处理参数,结合淬火校正工装与机加工校准设计,有效解决了薄壁异形支架铸件的浇不足、缩松等冶金缺陷,研制出了合格的铸件。
