为研究定向凝固柱晶高温合金薄壁铸件凝固过程的裂纹形成倾向,采用定向凝固空心薄壁管状试样,考察合金元素Ti、Al、B、Zr和Hf对定向凝固柱晶高温合金热裂倾向性的影响,建立定向凝固柱晶高温合金热裂倾向性评定方法。采用SEM分析合金成分不同时组织形态。试验结果表明:各元素对定向凝固柱晶高温合金热裂倾向性的影响程度为Ti最大,Zr和B次之,再次为Al,最小为Hf。随着Ti含量的增加,共晶量增多,共晶尺寸增大,定向合金的热裂倾向性严重;Hf含量的变化对合金的热裂纹没有影响;Al、B含量增加,微观组织没有明显变化;Zr元素含量增加,促成共晶形成,合金出现热裂纹。
In order to study the tendency of cracks in the solidification process of directional solidification columnar high temperature superalloy thin-walled castings, the directional solidification hollow thin-walled tubular specimens were used to investigate the thermal cracking tendency of alloying elements Ti, Al, B, Zr and Hf Sexual influence, the establishment of directional solidification columnar superalloys hot cracking tendency evaluation method. The microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by SEM at different time. The experimental results show that the influence of each element on the hot cracking tendency of the directional solidification columnar crystal superalloy is that Ti is the largest, followed by Zr and B, again Al, and the smallest is Hf. With the increase of Ti content, the amount of eutectic increases, the size of eutectic increases, and the hot cracking tendency of the oriented alloy is serious. The change of Hf content has no effect on the hot crack of the alloy. The content of Al and B increases, but the microstructure does not change obviously ; Zr element content increased, contributed to the formation of eutectic, alloy hot cracks.
