目的　研究预防性口服强的松对减轻和预防妊娠梅毒治疗中吉 -海氏反应的效果。方法　 3 5例不同孕期的梅毒孕妇在青霉素治疗前口服强的松 2 0 mg/d,连续 3 d。结果　 3 5例孕妇均完成了治疗 ,其中 2例发生吉 -海氏反应 ,发生率为 5 .71 %。结论　预防性口服强的松可有效地减轻和预防孕妇梅毒吉 -海氏反应的发生 Objective To study the effect of prophylactic oral prednisone on alleviating and preventing Kyrgyz-Hessian reactions in the treatment of pregnancy syphilis. Methods 35 pregnant women with different stages of syphilis were given prednisone 20 mg / d before penicillin treatment for 3 consecutive days. Results All 35 pregnant women were treated. Among them, 2 cases had Kyrgyz-Hessian reaction, with a rate of 5.71%.
