将铬铁粉、铁铝粉和钛粉按40%:40%:20%的比例混合,制成复合粉末,采用热喷涂-激光复合工艺在304不锈钢基材表面制备CrFeAlTiC金属/玻璃陶瓷涂层。借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪对涂层的宏观形貌、微观结构和组成成分进行了分析,并研究了其界面结合性能。结果表明:经激光处理得到的涂层厚度为20~30μm,表面较为平整、致密,且与基材呈良好的冶金结合;试样拉伸5%时,没有出现裂纹与涂层脱落的现象,涂层与304不锈钢基材界面结合性能较好。
The CrFeAlTiC metal / glass ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of 304 stainless steel substrate by mixing the ferrochromium powder, iron-aluminum powder and titanium powder in the ratio of 40%: 40%: 20% . The macroscopic morphology, microstructure and composition of the coating were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The interfacial bonding properties were also studied. The results show that the thickness of the coating obtained by laser treatment is 20 ~ 30μm, the surface is smooth and dense, and the metallurgical bond with the substrate is good. When the sample is stretched by 5%, no cracks and coating shedding occur. Coating and 304 stainless steel substrate interface bonding performance is better.
