摘要 大学生科研训练计划项目是培养本科生创新能力,提高本科生综合素质的有效形式和重要环节。通过参加科研训练计划项目的机会,大学生能够尽早进行科学研究训练,做到理论与实践密切结合,一方面培养本科生的创新精神和实践科研素养,另一方面加强教师和本科生的团队合作精神,同时促进高校教师科研指导队伍的建设。

Exploration of Innovative Competence based on Undergraduate Research Training Program//Zi Bin, Li Aimin
Abstract Undergraduate research training program is an effective and important step in cultivating the innovative competence and promoting the comprehensive quality of the students. With the aid of the undergraduate research training program, the students can take part in the chance of scientific research training and combine theory with practice closely. It is not only an effective approach to boost their abilities of innovational spirit and engineering practice and increase their consciousness of teamwork and responsibility, but also an energetic countermeasure for the promotion of the construction of research supervisor team.
