目前的三次设计模型,仅在系统设计阶段粗略地考虑了产品成本选择问题,在参数设计阶段,忽略了对不同质量参数水平成本进行选择。而且,目前的参数设计模型无法将质量与成本进行统筹考虑。本文针对以上不足,提出了一种新的基于质量-成本视角的DEA参数设计模型,通过将产品成本和质量分别作为模型的投入、产出,实现对成本和质量的统筹考虑。该模型能够在保证产品质量稳健性的基础上,考虑不同质量参数水平下的产品成本对参数设计的影响,从全新的视角为参数设计提供一种独特的思路和方法。最后,文章以实例验证了基于质量-成本视角的DEA参数设计模型的可行性和有效性。
The current three-time design model only roughly considers the issue of product cost selection during the system design stage. In the parameter design stage, the selection of the horizontal cost of different quality parameters is ignored. Moreover, current parametric design models fail to take quality and cost into account. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a new DEA parameter design model based on the quality-cost perspective. By taking the product cost and quality as the input and output of the model respectively, the overall consideration of cost and quality is realized. Based on the robustness of product quality, this model considers the influence of product cost on parameter design under different quality parameters, and provides a unique way of thinking and method for parameter design from a new perspective. Finally, the article verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the DEA parametric design model based on the quality-cost perspective.
