A boss of a large construction company told me the author mentioned: a mid-level project manager to create a villa for customers, the cost of 1.5 million, while making a villa for their own home, but only 1 million. For over 100 years, management studies have tried to solve this problem from different perspectives. The well-known Friedman “money matrix theory ” tells us that a person’s mentality when it comes to doing things roughly has the following four situations. First, use your own money to do your own business, invest as little as you can and strive for high output. Second, use your own money to do other people’s affairs and try your best to avoid it. You may ignore the output. Third, it is possible to invest as much as possible with other people’s money in the hope of achieving high output. Fourth, to do other people’s money with the money, regardless of input regardless of output.
