为实现大吨位JQS1000型架桥机的驮运转场支撑,结合1000 t/40 m预制箱梁及其高铁线路的工程特点,提出两种驮运转场方案.通过对比分析,最终确定采用刚性前支腿和柔性后辅助支腿形成简支支撑的驮运转场支撑方案.根据确定的支撑方案,对后辅助支腿进行了结构设计,并通过有限元分析对其结构进行优化设计,有效改善了支撑结构的受力情况,确保了后辅助支腿支撑的稳定性与安全性,最终成功实现了大吨位JQS1000型架桥机的安全转场,为后续更大吨位架桥机的支撑结构提供了新的思路.
