电力企业是一个典型的公益性服务行业,随着社会的不断进步,客户对电力服务的个性需求日益多样,电力企业只有不断提高工作效率和服务水平,才能获得更丰富的客户资源,而业扩管理水平高低,直接影响到电力企业的形象好坏与电力客户的经济效益。本文以“并行”和“同步”的思路,重点分析了当前业扩报装流程中存在的普遍问题,并针对性的提出解决问题的措施和方法。
As power companies are a typical public service industry, with the continuous improvement of society, the demand for personalized service by consumers for power service is becoming increasingly diversified. Only by continuously improving the working efficiency and service level, power companies can obtain richer customer resources.
