目的了解我院医务人员手卫生清洁执行状况。方法对我院202名医务人员发放问卷调查表,同时现场观察医务人员洗手行为。结果医务人员对卫生洗手认识不够,洗手知识不足及技术掌握不全面,洗手设施欠到位等导致医务人员卫生洗手执行率较低。结论增强医务人员洗手观念,加强卫生洗手知识的学习,规范洗手方法,改善洗手条件,提高医务人员手卫生执行率。 Objective To understand the implementation of hand hygiene in our hospital. Methods A questionnaire was sent to 202 medical staffs in our hospital, and the handwashing behaviors of medical staffs were observed on the spot. Results Medical staff did not know enough hygiene hand hygiene, lack of knowledge of hand hygiene and inadequate mastery of technology, and lack of proper hand washing facilities resulted in lower implementation rate of medical staff hand hygiene. Conclusions The concept of handwashing for medical staffs is strengthened, the knowledge of handwashing is strengthened, the method of handwashing is improved, the conditions of handwashing are improved, and the hand hygiene rate of medical staff is improved.
