随着全球经济与贸易日益繁荣,航空运输业快速发展,机场客流量不断攀升,因此,机场安检面临极大挑战。为提高机场服务效率,多窗口并行服务或动态增减窗口是目前诸多机场所取手段。旅客人流与服务资源间的权衡博弈问题以及如何在有限服务资源前提下提高旅客人流通过效能,亟待研究和优化。该文以Queueing Theory为基础,建立X/Y/Z/A/B/C排队论数学模型,选例评估美国某国际机场安检流程,切入瓶颈。进一步,据此在正确性和可靠性基础上求解服务资源最优解。同时,为其他机场大客流安检组织方案的研究和优化提供有力论证。
With the global economy and the increasing prosperity of trade, the rapid development of air transport industry, airport traffic continues to rise, therefore, airport security faces great challenges. To improve the efficiency of airport services, multi-window parallel services or dynamic increase and decrease of windows is the means taken by many airports. The problem of trade-off between passenger flow and service resources and how to improve the flow of passenger flow through the limited service resources are urgently needed to be studied and optimized. Based on Queueing Theory, this paper builds a mathematical model of queuing theory of X / Y / Z / A / B / C, selects cases to evaluate the security screening process of an international airport in the United States, and cuts the bottleneck. Further, based on the correctness and reliability, the optimal solution of service resources can be solved. At the same time, it provides a powerful argument for the research and optimization of the security inspection scheme of other large passenger terminals in the airport.
