目的:建立双芩清解颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中的黄芩、知母、板蓝根3味药材进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量:色谱柱为Syncronis C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸(44:56);流速1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为278 nm;柱温35℃;进样量为10 μl。结果:黄芩、知母、板蓝根薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离度好、专属性强。黄芩苷在0.062~2.184 μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.34%,RSD为1.10%(n=5)。结论:所建立的质量标准简便可行、重复性好,可用于双芩清解颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Shuang Qin Qing Jie granules. Methods: The contents of baicalin in Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Isatidis were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC: Syncronis C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid (44:56). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μl. Results: Scutellariae, Anemarrhena, Radix thin layer chromatography spots clear, good resolution, specificity. The linearity of baicalin in the range of 0.062 ~ 2.184 μg (r = 0.9999) was good with an average recovery of 101.34% and a RSD of 1.10% (n = 5). Conclusion: The established quality standards are simple and feasible, good repeatability, and can be used for quality control of Shuang Qin Qing Jie Granules.
