稀土镧对化学镀镍-磷工艺及性能的影响

研究了稀土元素镧对Q235碳钢上化学镀Ni–P工艺及性能的影响。镀液配方及工艺条件为:硫酸镍25~30g/L,次磷酸钠25~30g/L,醋酸钠12~25g/L,柠檬酸5~10g/L,乳酸15~20g/L,丁二酸3g/L,氧化镧10~20mg/L,硫脲1~2mg/L,氢氧化钠适量,温度84~88°C,pH4.5~5.0,时间1h。结果表明:添加适量的稀土元素镧,可以获得稳定性好的镀液,提高镀速,降低施镀温度,提高镀层的耐蚀性。 The effect of rare earth lanthanum on the electroless Ni-P plating process and properties on Q235 carbon steel was studied. The bath formulation and process conditions are as follows: nickel sulfate 25-30g / L, sodium hypophosphite 25-30g / L, sodium acetate 12-25g / L, citric acid 5-10g / L, lactic acid 15-20g / Acid 3g / L, lanthanum oxide 10 ~ 20mg / L, thiourea 1 ~ 2mg / L, sodium hydroxide, temperature 84 ~ 88 ° C, pH4.5 ~ 5.0, time 1h. The results show that adding proper amount of rare earth element lanthanum can obtain a stable bath, increase the plating speed, reduce the plating temperature and improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.
