目的观察金双歧与转移因子合用降低转氨酶的疗效。方法应用随机对照方法 ,对不同病因引起的转氨酶增高患儿分 3组 ,口服联苯双酯组、金双歧组 (对照组 )、口服金双歧与转移因子组为治疗组 ,并比较 3组疗效。结果金双歧组与联苯双酯组比较无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;金双歧合用转移因子组与金双歧组及联苯双酯组比较均有明显差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论金双歧有降低转氨酶作用 ,而转移因子能提高患儿免疫功能及抗病毒能力 ,与金双歧合用 ,除降低转氨酶作用外 ,还可明显缩短疗程
Objective To observe the effect of Jinshuangqi combined with transfer factor in reducing transaminase. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted in three groups of children with elevated aminotransferases induced by different etiologies: oral administration of bifendate, Jinshuangqi (control group), oral administration of bifidobacterium and metastasis factor as the treatment group, and the efficacy of the three groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the bifidobacterium group and the bifendate group (P> 0.05). The difference between the Jin Bifidhe transfer factor group and the Jin Bifid group and the bifendate group was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Jinshuangqi has a reduction of transaminase, and transfer factor can improve children’s immune function and anti-virus ability, and Jin Bifu together, in addition to reducing the role of transaminase, but also significantly shorten the course of treatment
