一、前言 1J_(79)软磁合金是本所主要冷轧产品之一,长期来生产0.8mm厚度规格产品采用二个轧程的生产工艺,该工艺生产周期长,经济成本高,合金耗损大,这对于提高产品质量、发展生产均为不利。本试验探索了该合金磁性变化规律,通过增大轧制率,企图使1J_(79)0.8mm合金带由原来的二个轧程工艺改变成为一次直轧新工艺,试验得到了预期效果,成品质量和成材率提高,成本降低,节约了大量的人力、物力及能源,取得了一定的经济效益。
