本文通过对目前电信运营商所采用的客户服务系统的介绍,分析了国内电信运营商客户服务系统运用中存在的不足,提出了电信客户服务系统的改进策略。
Based on the introduction of the customer service system adopted by current telecom operators, this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the application of the customer service system of domestic telecom operators and puts forward the improvement tactics of telecom customer service system.
