通过室内盆栽试验,在苗期连续干旱胁迫下,测定了与抗旱性有关的7项指标,运用五级评分法对20份野生鸭茅种质资源(Dactylis glomerataL.)抗旱性进行了综合评价,根据综合评价值的大小,确定了20份野生鸭茅的抗旱性强弱顺序为:ZXY03P-173>ZXY03P-191>ZXY04P-4>ZXY04P-226>ZXY03P-22>ZXY04P-201>ZXY03P-122>ZXY03P-227>ZXY04P-207>ZXY04P-75>ZXY04P-136>ZXY04P-57>ZXY04P-101>ZXY04P-189>ZXY04P-148>ZXY04P-239>ZXY04P-22>ZXY03P-69>ZXY04P-155>ZXY04P-89。
Through indoor pot experiment, seven indicators related to drought resistance were determined under continuous drought stress at seedling stage, and the drought resistance of 20 wild Dactylis glomerata L. were evaluated by five-grade scoring method. According to the size of the comprehensive evaluation, the order of drought resistance of 20 wild species was determined: ZXY03P-173> ZXY03P-191> ZXY04P-4> ZXY04P-226> ZXY03P-22> ZXY04P- 201> ZXY03P- 122> ZXY04P-227> ZXY04P-207> ZXY04P-227> ZXY04P-23> ZXY04P-19> ZXY04P-19> ZXY04P- 89.
