目的:了解皱瘤海鞘水提物体外抗单纯疱疹病毒2型的活性。方法:采用HSV-2在Vero细胞上的增殖为模型,用细胞病变法和MTT法对皱瘤海鞘水提物体外抗HSV-2的药效活性进行评价。结果:皱瘤海鞘水提物CC_(50)值大于10 mg·ml~(-1),毒性低;对HSV-2具有很好抑制和杀伤作用,2 mg·ml~(-1)时对病毒的生物合成抑制蟀达到82.98%,对HSV-2的直接杀伤率为74.29%。对HSV-2的吸附阻断作用较小。结论:皱瘤海鞘水提物具有良好的抗HSV-2活性。
Objective: To understand the activity of anti-herpes simplex virus 2 against water-extracted sea squirt. Methods: Using the proliferation of HSV-2 on Vero cells as a model, the cytotoxicity assay and MTT assay were used to evaluate the efficacy of anti-HSV-2 against water extracts of sea cucumber sheath. RESULTS: The CC_(50) value of the water extract of Ascidiana cunea was greater than 10 mg·ml -1 and its toxicity was low. It had a good effect of inhibiting and killing HSV-2, and it was effective when 2 mg·ml -1. The biosynthesis of the virus inhibited crickets to 82.98%, and the direct kill rate to HSV-2 was 74.29%. The adsorption blocking effect of HSV-2 is small. Conclusion: The water extract of P. kinensis has good anti-HSV-2 activity.
