通过实验室静水养殖方法研究不同浓度Cu~(2+)胁迫对西施舌过氧化氢酶(CAT)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)3种酶活性以及成活率的影响。并研究最佳Cu~(2+)浓度0.06mg·L~(-1)条件下,Cu~(2+)对ACP和AKP活性影响随时间变化关系。结果表明,除Cu~(2+)在0.03 mg·L~(-1)外,实验组CAT活性均低于对照组。Cu~(2+)在0.03、0.06 mg·L~(-1)浓度条件下,西施舌体内ACP和AKP活性均高于对照组。而Cu~(2+)浓度在0.06mg·L~(-1)时ACP和AKP活性均最高。当Cu~(2+)浓度大于0.06mg·L~(-1)后,随着Cu~(2+)增加,ACP和AKP酶活性都有降低的趋势。
Effects of Cu2 + Stress on Activity and Survival Rate of Three Catalase Catalase (CAT), Acid Phosphatase (ACP) and Alkaline Phosphatase (AKP) Tissues in Laboratory . The effect of Cu 2+ on the activity of ACP and AKP under the optimal concentration of Cu 2+ (0.06 mg · L -1) was studied over time. The results showed that CAT activity in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group except Cu 2+ (0.03 mg · L -1). Under the concentration of 0.03,0.06 mg · L -1, the activities of ACP and AKP in Cu 2+ were higher than those in control group. At the Cu 2+ concentration of 0.06 mg · L -1, the activities of ACP and AKP were the highest. When the concentration of Cu 2+ was greater than 0.06 mg · L -1, the activity of ACP and AKP tended to decrease as Cu 2+ increased.
