蔬菜品种变化趋势一直备受业界关注,同时也对我国蔬菜产业发展具有巨大的指导意义。在该主题下,《中国蔬菜》于2017年3期首先采写了我国重要的蔬菜作物番茄,本期将重点围绕茄子深入展开。茄子是我国居民日常消费的重要蔬菜,2015年我国茄子种植面积80.6万hm2(1 209万亩),产量3 068万t,分别占蔬菜种植总面积和总产量的3.7%和3.9%。与其他果菜类相比,茄子的品种类型十分丰富、地域性极强,随着生产与消费市场的需求不断变化,茄子品种的更迭速度也在加快。本期《中国蔬菜》专访茄子种业的多位专家、企业代表,从生产市场需求角度来揭示我国茄子品种的变化趋势。
