本文简述了国外空中预警机雷达罩概况。参照国内外有关资料,在现有材料、工艺的基础上,对玻璃布蜂窝夹层结构,在S波段、0~80°入射角范围内,进行了预警机雷达罩功率传输系数的设计。并整理出了用“全性能”计算法计算出的功率传输系数随雷达工作频率、雷达罩面层和夹芯层厚度以及材料的介电常数、损耗角正切值的变化观律。
This article briefly describes the overview of the airborne early warning radar cover in foreign countries. Based on the relevant data at home and abroad, on the basis of the existing materials and processes, the design of power transmission coefficient of radar radome for early warning radar was carried out on the glass cloth honeycomb sandwich structure in the range of 0 ~ 80 ° in the S band. The law of power transfer coefficient calculated with “full performance” method was also calculated according to the working frequency of radar, the thickness of radome overlay and core layer, the dielectric constant and loss tangent of material.
