目的:探讨股内斜肌不同负载情况下髌腱近端内、外侧拉伸应力的变化。方法:6例新鲜膝关节尸体标本在屈膝0°、30°和60°时,分别将股内斜肌负载从0N增加到30N、60N、100N。测量髌腱近端内、外侧的拉伸形变。然后取下髌腱内、外侧部分,置于万能实验机上进行拉伸测试至断裂。根据所得到的髌腱拉伸应变和材料特性测试结果计算髌腱内、外侧受到的拉伸应力。结果:在膝关节屈曲0°、30°和60°时,股内斜肌加载在0N和30N情况下,内侧髌腱拉伸应力差别无显著差异(P>0.05)。在其它加载状态下,屈膝同一角度时,各相邻工况的拉伸应力差异均有显著性差异(P<0.05),表现为随着股内斜肌负载增加,内侧髌腱拉伸应力减小,外侧髌腱拉伸应力增大。结论:在股内斜肌负载增加时,髌腱近端外侧拉伸应力增加,内侧拉伸应力减小,在膝关节屈膝0°、30°和60°时均存在这种趋势。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tensile stress in the medial and lateral patellar tendon proximal under different loading conditions. Methods: Six fresh corpse specimens of knee were flexed at 0 °, 30 ° and 60 °, respectively, to increase the intraocular oblique muscle load from 0N to 30N, 60N and 100N. Measure proximal and distal patellar tendon tensile deformation. Then remove the medial and lateral patellar tendon, placed on a universal testing machine tensile test to fracture. The tensile stresses on the medial and lateral patellar tendons were calculated based on the results of the patellar tendon tensile strain and the material properties test. Results: There was no significant difference in the tensile stress between the medial patellar tendon and tendon at 0N, 30N and 0N when the flexion of the knee was at 0 °, 30 ° and 60 ° (P> 0.05). At other loading conditions, the differences of tensile stress between adjacent working conditions were significantly different at the same angle of knee flexion (P <0.05). The tensile stress of the medial patellar tendon decreased with the increase of skeletal muscle load Small, lateral patellar tendon tensile stress increases. CONCLUSIONS: When the skeletal muscle load is increased, the tensile stress outside the proximal patellar tendon is increased and the tensile stress inside is decreased. This tendency exists when flexion knees are at 0 °, 30 ° and 60 °.
