金属切削的试验、研究中,经常须用试验方法来求经验公式中的系数和指数。因而合理地进行试验设计和对测试结果进行处理这项工作就成为当务之急。文中引入并概略地介绍了迴归分析法。更指出由于计算繁杂等便成为推广和应用中的主要障碍。为此特编制了“金属切削中的迴归分析程序”。借助它,在DJS—130电子计算机上既可节省试验工作、计算工作的时间和工作量,又能迅速、准确、唯一、合理地确定该类公式中的系数和指数。予期它将可促进、加速该方面的科学试验。
In metal cutting tests, studies often require experimentation to find coefficients and indices in empirical formulas. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out the experimental design and test the results reasonably. The article introduced and outlined the regression analysis method. But also pointed out that due to complicated calculations and so has become the promotion and application of the main obstacles. For this reason special preparation of the “metal cutting regression analysis program.” With it, the DJS-130 computer can save on trial work, calculate the work time and workload, and quickly, accurately, uniquely and rationally determine the coefficients and indices in such formulas. It is expected to promote and accelerate scientific experiments in this area.
