对于工程建设来说,保证工程的施工进度对于工程项目的组织方和承包单位来说都具有十分重要的意义。对于组织方来说,出于控制施工进度的目的,许多时候会与施工承包单位签订目标责任状,以对其施工的进度进行管理与约束,但目标责任状的签订需要一定的适用条件。文章从工程进度管理的办法入手,进一步分析了经济管理手段之一的目标责任状在工程施工进度管理中的作用,同时对目标责任状的有效应用提出了建议。
For the project construction, to ensure the construction progress of the project for the project organizers and contractors have a very important significance. For organizational purposes, for the purpose of controlling the progress of the construction, many times it will sign the target responsibility form with the construction contractor in order to manage and restrict the progress of construction. However, the signing of the target responsibility form needs certain conditions of application. Beginning with the method of project schedule management, the article further analyzes the role of target responsibility status in the progress management of project construction, and gives some suggestions on the effective application of the target responsibility status.
