退火处理对Nd,Y:SrF_2激光晶体结构缺陷的影响

在1060~1100℃的温度范围内和真空条件下对Nd,Y:SrF_2激光晶体进行了高温退火处理,测试了高温退火前后Nd,Y:SrF_2晶体的X射线双晶摇摆曲线、抗弯强度、应力分布和波前畸变图谱。结果表明,高温退火能有效改善晶体的结晶性能、抗弯强度、应力分布和光学均匀性。当退火温度为1080℃、退火时间为36h时,获得的晶体综合性能最优,该温度和时间为最佳退火参数。 The Nd, Y: SrF2 laser crystals were annealed in the temperature range of 1060 ~ 1100 ℃ under vacuum and the X-ray double crystal rocking curves of Nd, Y: SrF2 crystals before and after high temperature annealing were measured.
