“低应力灰铸铁的研究”课题1981年列入机械部重点科研项目,1983年列为国家38项重点科技攻关项目内容之一,同时也是北京市的科研项目。 低应力灰铸铁从1981年起经过大量系统的试验室试验研究,大量的生产试验验证,和全面投产使用,其结果证实了通过适当调正灰铸铁的化学成分(Si/C比值等)。并辅以恰当的孕育处理或必要的微量合金化处理,可以获得具有良好综合性能的优质孕育铸
