一、忌零食。常食零食,容易引起胃病。二、忌偏食。偏食容易造成营养不良。三、忌蹲食。蹲着吃饭,腹部受挤压,会影响食物消化吸收。四、忌暴食。常吃过饱,容易发生消化道疾病。五、忌咸食。食物过咸,会使体内水份潴留和心脏排血量增加,易引起肾脏病和高血压。六、忌甜食。常吃甜食和糖果,容易造成龋齿,引起缺钙、肥胖、糖尿病和心脏病等疾病。
First, avoid snacks. Eat snacks often cause stomach problems. Second, avoid partial eclipse. Partial eclipse easily lead to malnutrition. Third, avoid squatting food.
