目的 观察灭活的青春双歧杆菌对人大肠癌细胞系 CCL - 2 2 9的粘附以及影响粘附的因素。方法 通过与双歧杆菌活菌比较 ,灭活的双歧杆菌同样能粘附于肠上皮细胞 ,并且耗尽培养上清有利于双歧杆菌粘附。结果 粘附具有显著的浓度效应 ;粘附效果与孵育环境的 p H值有关 ;高温处理耗尽培养上清对粘附无明显影响。结论 灭活的双歧杆菌可能具有与活菌相同的生态效应。
Objective To observe the adhesion of inactivated Bifidobacterium adolescentis to human colorectal carcinoma cell line CCL - 229 and the factors affecting its adhesion. Methods By comparing with viable Bifidobacterium, inactivated Bifidobacterium can also adhere to intestinal epithelial cells, and depleted culture supernatant is conducive to Bifidobacterium adhesion. The results showed that the adhesion had a significant concentration effect; the adhesion effect was related to the p H value of the incubation environment; exhaustion of the culture supernatant by high temperature treatment had no significant effect on the adhesion. Conclusion The inactivated Bifidobacterium may have the same ecological effect as the live bacteria.
