目的:初步探讨丹参,当归及不同配比提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法:采用分光光度法分别测定丹参、当归及不同比例配比物的还原性,以及对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基的清除作用。结果:分别得到不同浓度丹参、当归及配比提取物的总还原性和对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子、羟自由基抑制率。结论:丹参、当归配比后体外抗氧化能力优于单味药材,最佳配比为1:3。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the anti-oxidative effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Angelica sinensis and different proportion of extracts in vitro. Methods: The reducing properties of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and different ratios of ingredients were determined by spectrophotometry, and the scavenging effects on DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical were studied. Results: The total reductant and the inhibition rate of DPPH radical, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Angelica sinensis and Radix Angelicae Sinensis with different concentrations were respectively obtained. Conclusion: The antioxidant capacity of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Angelica sinensis in vitro is better than that of single herb, the best ratio is 1: 3.
