企业并购前的组织文化尽职审查对并购的成功影响很大。本文阐述组织文化尽职审查的两种模式及其步骤,并强调组织文化审查之后需要对文化的兼容性进行分析,以指导并购过程中的组织文化整合。
Organizational cultural due diligence prior to mergers and acquisitions has a significant impact on the success of mergers and acquisitions. This article elaborates two modes and steps of organizational culture due diligence and emphasizes the need to analyze the cultural compatibility after the organizational culture examination in order to guide the organizational and cultural integration in the M & A process.
