目的对氩激光、倍频Nd :YAG激光、半导体激光小梁成形术的疗效作一前瞻性的评价和比较。 方法随机地将原发性开角型青光眼病人 5 0例 84眼分为三个激光组 ,分别用氩激光、倍频Nd :YAG激光、半导体激光进行小梁成形术 ,随访三组的有效率。 结果三组各随访期的眼压下降有统计学意义。三组之间的眼压下降数和成功率无差别。 结论三种波长激光都能有效地进行小梁成形术
Objective To evaluate and compare the curative effects of argon laser, double frequency Nd: YAG laser and semiconductor laser trabeculoplasty. Methods A total of 84 eyes of 50 primary open-angle glaucoma patients were randomly divided into three laser groups. Trabecular angioplasty was performed with argon laser, double-frequency Nd: YAG laser and semiconductor laser respectively. . Results The IOP of three groups at each follow-up period was statistically significant. There was no difference between the three groups in the number of IOP drops and the success rate. Conclusion All three kinds of wavelength laser can effectively trabeculectomy
