目的研究电刺激生物反馈在产后盆底康复治疗中的应用。方法选取该院妇产科收治的130例产后盆地功能障碍的产妇为研究对象,起止时间是2015年5月-2016年10月,依随机原则分组并用不同疗法展开治疗,即观察组(65例,电刺激+生物反馈治疗)和对照组(65例,常规盆底肌功能训练)。观察两组患者盆底肌力的恢复情况。结果两组产妇治疗前盆地的肌力状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后产妇盆地肌力增强至Ⅰ级3例、Ⅱ级9例、Ⅲ级9例、Ⅳ级18例、Ⅴ级26例,对比对照组产妇的盆地肌力要明显增强的多(P<0.05);2组产妇治疗后的盆地肌力状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈可有效提高产妇的盆地肌肉纤维的收缩力,增加收缩时间,改善了产妇的盆底肌力状况,促进了产妇产后盆底康复。
Objective To study the application of electrical stimulation biofeedback in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods 130 maternal obstetrics and gynecology obstetrics and gynecology admitted to the postpartum basin dysfunction as the research object, the start and end time is from May 2015 to October 2016, according to randomized principles and treatment with different therapies, the observation group (65 cases , Electrical stimulation + biofeedback therapy) and control group (65 cases, conventional pelvic floor muscle function training). Pelvic floor muscle strength recovery was observed in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in muscle strength between two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, maternal strength increased to grade Ⅰ in 3 cases, grade Ⅱ in 9, grade Ⅲ in 9, grade Ⅳ in 18, Grade Ⅴ 26 cases, compared with the control group maternal basin muscle strength was significantly enhanced (P <0.05); 2 maternal treatment of the basin muscle strength after the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation of biofeedback can effectively improve the maternal contractility of muscle fibers in the basin, increase the contraction time, improve maternal pelvic floor muscle strength, and promote postpartum pelvic floor maternal rehabilitation.
