女童社会性的健康发展是女童教育和心理健康问题研究中的重要课题。历史的积淀和民族文化的渗透对少数民族地区女童的社会性发展产生了深刻的影响,其特点表现为:1.自我意识程度较低;2.同伴交往特别是异性交往能力较弱;3.独立意识低弱;4.社会知识面窄,知识占有量少。文章指出,要促进民族地区女童社会性的健康和谐发展必须:1.厘清观念,倡导男女平等以优化女童社会性发展的社会环境;2.教育妇女,促进发展,为发展女童社会性而教育母亲;3.改进教学,培养女教师;4.提高女童觉悟。
The healthy social development of girls is an important issue in the study of girls’ education and mental health. The accumulation of history and the infiltration of ethnic cultures have had a profound impact on the social development of girls in ethnic minority areas. The characteristics are as follows: 1. The degree of self-awareness is low; 2. Peer-to-peer exchanges, especially those with opposite sex, are weak; Low independent consciousness; 4. social knowledge is narrow, less knowledge. The article points out that to promote the social healthy and harmonious development of girls in ethnic minority areas, we must: 1. clarify concepts and advocate equality between men and women in order to optimize the social environment for girls’ social development; 2. educate women and promote development, and educate their mothers for the socialization of girls ; 3 to improve teaching and training of female teachers; 4 to raise awareness of girls.
