本文首先用弹性支承支座参振的力学模型推出了分离机整机参振对临界转速的影响计算公式,认为整机参振使一阶临界转速降低,对高阶临界转速几乎没有影响。对于主轴支承弹性和整机支承弹性的影响作了较为深入的讨论,得出了一些结论。文中还对通过共振的最大振幅与临界转速以及主轴支承弹性的关系进行了分析。文中所有计算结果都是以QTD540碟式分离机的计算结果为依据。
In this paper, the mechanical model of the elastic support bearing vibration is introduced. The formula of the influence of machine vibration on the critical speed is presented. It is concluded that the first-order critical speed is reduced by the machine’s vibration, and has little effect on the higher-order critical speed. The main bearing flexibility and machine support elasticity of the impact made a more in-depth discussion, reached some conclusions. The paper also analyzes the relationship between the maximum amplitude of resonance and the critical speed and the bearing flexibility of the main shaft. All calculations in this paper are based on the calculation results of QTD540 disc separator.
