报告了不同水平和不同持续时间的限食对昆明种小鼠肝组织中过氧化脂质(LPD)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果显示:3个月限食结束时,各组动物肝组织中SOD活性无差异,80%能量摄入组动物LPO含量显著高于自由摄食组及65%能量摄取组;6个月限食结束时,80%及65%能量摄取组动物肝组织中SOD活性单位显著高于自由摄食组(P<0.01),而LPO含量以以80%能量摄取组最低,65%能量摄取组最高,二者比较P<0.01。
The effects of food restriction on the lipid peroxidation (LPD) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the liver of Kunming mice were reported at different levels and duration. The results showed that there was no difference in the activity of SOD between the groups of animals at the end of 3 months, and the LPO content in the group of 80% energy intake was significantly higher than that of the free and 65% energy intake groups. At the end of 6 months, The activity of SOD in hepatic tissue of 80% and 65% energy-consuming animals was significantly higher than that of free-feeding animals (P <0.01), while the LPO content was the lowest in 80% of energy intake and highest in 65% of energy intake P <0.01 compared.
