目的探讨高频多普勒超声(彩超)在乳腺癌诊断中的应用,以提高超声诊断乳腺癌的准确率。方法对2009年4月至2012年10月50例乳腺癌患者的二维超声声像图、彩色多谱勒血流信号进行回顾性分析。结果 50例乳腺癌患者中超声诊断42例,诊断符合率为84.0%。结论高频彩超可清楚显示肿块的数目大小、形态、边界、内部及后方回声,血流分布情况、有无周围组织受侵及淋巴结转移,对乳腺癌的诊断有较高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the application of high frequency Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer to improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of breast cancer from April 2009 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed by two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging. Results In 50 cases of breast cancer, 42 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 84.0%. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the number of tumor size, shape, boundary, internal and posterior echo, blood flow distribution, with or without surrounding tissue invasion and lymph node metastasis, the diagnosis of breast cancer has a high clinical value.
