Guy de Bo is a contemporary French thinker. Trajectory and drift are two important theories in the international scene created by them. They are still widely used in various forms of artistic creation. Modiano, a young writer in the 1960s, was also influenced by his time. After sorting out, we find that in the nearly forty years of literary creation of this now overbearing writer, the de-orbit and drift have become one of the most important ways to form his unique writing style. Based on the “Deja vu element” in Modiano’s novels, this article tries to reveal the application and status of Debord’s theory of deviant track and drift theory in Modiano’s literary creation through series analysis.
