自从有了电能,社会的发展和人们的生产生活越来越依赖电能,在当前社会中,如果没有电能的话,社会就将会瘫痪,各行各业中都需要运用大量的电能进行维持,因此,电力企业就应该保证人们都能够使用上非常稳定的电能,并提高服务质量。对于电力营销工作来说,只有不断提升工作人员的服务水平,才能够在根本上加快电力营销工作的效率,在提高电力服务质量的过程中,应制定非常健全的服务评价体系,并按照客户的不同需求进行服务,而且还应该对相关管理制度进行完善和创新,进而提高电力服务质量,推进电力营销工作。
