新课程理念下的思想品德教学,对教师的教学方式、学生的学习方式及师生关系提出了全新的要求。即教师要放下架子,平等地看待学生,坚持以人为本,尊重学生的个性,关注每一位学生的发展,将课堂还给学生,让学生真正成为学习的主人。人必须有个性有创造力,才有创新精神。崇尚个性,注重创造是当今知识经济时代对人才的要求。教师在教授思想品德课程时,教师要注重对学生个性的塑造,给予学生展现才能的机会,使每个学生的个性都能充分发展。为了在思想品德教学中促使学生个性的发展,笔者对个性化教学进行了积极探索。
The teaching of ideology and morality under the concept of new curriculum puts forward new requirements on the teaching methods of teachers, the learning styles of students and the relationship between teachers and students. That is to say, teachers should lay aside their shelves and treat students equally. They should adhere to the principle of putting people first, respect students’ individuality, pay attention to the development of each student, and return the class to students so that students can truly become the masters of learning. People must have creativity and creativity. Advocating individuality and paying attention to creation are the requirements of talented persons in today’s era of knowledge economy. When teachers teach ideological and moral lessons, teachers should pay attention to shaping the personality of students and give students the opportunity to show their talents so that each student’s personality can fully develop. In order to promote the development of student’s personality in the teaching of ideology and morality, the author has made active exploration on personalized teaching.
