[目的]研究大蒜-维生素胶囊(大蒜粉、维生素C、维生素E等)对高脂血症血清的调节作用。[方法]将32只健康雌性SD大鼠按体重和血清胆固醇水平随机分成4组,正常对照组喂食基础饲料,其余3组喂食高脂饲料,低、高剂量预防组同时每天灌喂胶囊粉,低、高剂量分别为100mg/kg和200mg/kg。5周结束,测定血清胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)。[结果]两个受试物组大鼠血清中的TC、TG、LDL-C和AI水平都低于高脂模型组,其中高剂量组具有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。[结论]大蒜-维生素胶囊对高脂血症具有良好的辅助防治作用。
[Objective] To study the regulatory effect of garlic - vitamin capsule (garlic powder, vitamin C, vitamin E, etc) on hyperlipidemia serum. [Methods] Thirty-two healthy female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight and serum cholesterol level. The normal control group fed the basic diet and the other 3 groups fed the high fat diet. The low and high dose preventive groups were fed with the capsule powder daily, Low and high doses were 100 mg / kg and 200 mg / kg, respectively. At the end of 5 weeks, serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and atherosclerosis index (AI) were measured. [Results] The serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and AI in the two test groups were lower than those in the high-fat model group, and the high dose group had statistical difference (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Garlic - vitamin capsule has a good auxiliary prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
