以某飞机球面框设计为例,应用理论计算以及有限元方法对影响气密框设计的主要参数进行研究,得到球面框设计的最佳角度为60度,球皮厚度与筋条数目均为影响球面框稳定性的重要因素。对于机身半径为1000mm的某型飞机,飞机球面框结构的最优设计为球面框角度60度,球皮厚度0.8mm,纵向加筋数目8根。本结论对于球面框初步设计具有指导意义。
Taking an aircraft spherical frame design as an example, the main parameters that affect the design of the gas-tight frame are studied by theoretical calculation and finite element method. The optimal angle of the spherical frame design is 60 degrees and the thickness and the number of ribs are affected An important factor in the stability of a spherical frame. For a certain type of aircraft with a fuselage radius of 1000mm, the optimum design of the aircraft’s spherical frame structure is that the angle of the spherical frame is 60 degrees, the thickness of the shell is 0.8mm, and the number of longitudinal stiffeners is eight. This conclusion is of guiding significance to the preliminary design of the spherical box.
