目的 揭示不同来源的鼠疫活疫苗株在基因组组成上的差异。方法 以芯片比较基因组杂交为主要研究手段 ,结合PCR验证 ,对 19株鼠疫活疫苗株进行比较基因组分析。结果 鼠疫活疫苗株基因组中缺失了大量基因 ,但也有某些大片段基因的拷贝增多。结论 不同来源的疫苗株在基因组组成上存在差异 ,构成了不同疫苗株的表型与使用效果具有差异性的遗传基础。
Objective To reveal the genomic differences of the plague live vaccine strains from different origins. Methods The comparative genomic hybridization of chips as the main research means, combined with PCR validation, comparative genomic analysis of 19 plague live vaccine strains. Results A large number of genes were deleted from the genome of the plague live vaccine strain, but some large fragment genes were also increased in their copy number. Conclusion There are differences in genomic composition of vaccine strains from different sources, which constitute the genetic basis for the differences between the phenotypes and the effects of different vaccine strains.
