目的:通过观察安律胶囊对豚鼠心室肌细胞钠电流(INa)的影响,以探讨其抗早搏的作用机制。方法:采用膜片钳全细胞记录技术记录了安律胶囊对单个豚鼠心室肌细胞钠电流的影响。结果:安律胶囊可剂量依赖性的阻滞钠电流且具有一定的使用依赖性和时间依赖性。结论:安律胶囊对钠电流的阻滞作用是其抗早搏的作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Anru capsule on sodium current (INa) in guinea pig ventricular myocytes to explore its anti-premature beats mechanism. Methods: Whole-cell patch-clamp recording technique was used to record the effect of Anru capsule on sodium current in single guinea pig ventricular myocytes. Results: Allium capsules can delay the sodium current in a dose-dependent manner and have certain use-dependent and time-dependent effects. Conclusion: Arrheni capsule on the sodium current blocking effect is one of its anti-premature beats mechanism.
