以双酚A、4-氯硝基苯为原料,无水碳酸钾为缚酸剂合成2,2’-双[4-(4-硝基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BNPP),再由BNPP在FeCl3·6H2O/C催化作用下,被水合肼氢化还原得到2,2’-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)。通过高效液相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析等方法对产品进行表征,证实产品为目标产物且纯度很高。对合成条件进行优化,确定最佳原料配比为:n(4-氯硝基苯)∶n(无水碳酸钾)∶n(双酚A)=2.4∶2.4∶1,n(水合肼)∶n(BNPP)=4∶1。
Synthesis of 2,2’-bis [4- (4-nitrophenoxy) phenyl] propane (BNPP) with bisphenol A and 4-chloronitrobenzene as raw materials and anhydrous potassium carbonate as acid-binding agent Hydrogenation of hydrazine hydrate by BNPP catalyzed by FeCl3 · 6H2O / C gave 2,2’-bis [4- (4-aminophenoxy) phenyl] propane (BAPP). The product was characterized by high performance liquid chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis, which confirmed that the product was the target product with high purity. The synthesis conditions were optimized to determine the best ratio of raw materials: n (4-chloronitrobenzene): n (anhydrous potassium carbonate): n (bisphenol A) = 2.4: 2.4: 1, : N (BNPP) = 4: 1.
