研究了固溶、时效及热循环对富钛TiNi合金相变及形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明,经固溶处理和600℃时效后,其相变点A_S,M_S最高,只发生了M(?)B_2相变;在350~550℃时效,出现R相变,其相变点A_S、R_S随时效温度的升高而升高;在400℃时效时M_S最低。经固溶处理试样的形状恢复率均低于各种时效温度处理试样的形状恢复率。热循环可使电阻温度曲线变形,随热循环次数增加,其电阻峰值增高,M_S降低,R_S基本不变,且B_2→R相变过程中各次循环的R-T曲线均有重复性。
The effects of solution treatment, aging and thermal cycling on the phase transformation and shape memory effect of Ti-rich TiNi alloy were investigated. The results show that after the solution treatment and aging at 600 ℃, the phase transition point A_S and M_S are the highest, only the M (?) B_2 phase transition occurs. At 350 ~ 550 ℃ aging, the R phase transformation occurs, and the phase transition point A_S , R_S increases with aging temperature; M_S is the lowest at 400 ℃. The shape recovery rates of the samples after solution treatment were lower than the shape recovery rates of the samples treated with various aging temperatures. Thermal cycling can deform the temperature curve of resistance. With the increase of the number of thermal cycles, the peak value of resistance increases, M_S decreases, R_S remains unchanged, and the R-T curves of each cycle in B_2 → R are repetitive.
