介绍了钢丝绳损伤检测的原理。分析了影响钢丝绳损伤信号的各种因素,对断丝根数、断口宽度和断丝分布合理的配置,设计了标样钢丝绳,采集标样绳损伤信号。介绍了支持向量回归机SVR的原理,通过SVR对断丝根数与检测信号特征值定量分析。将定量分析涉及参数保存为标定文件。调用标定文件参数对该型号钢丝绳检测信号进行数据处理,经测试可基本实现钢丝绳损伤的定量识别。
The principle of wire rope damage detection is introduced. The factors that affect the damage signal of wire rope are analyzed. The reasonable number of broken wires, the width of fracture and the broken wire distribution are designed. The standard wire rope is designed and the damage signal of the sample rope is collected. The principle of support vector regression machine SVR is introduced. The quantitative analysis of the number of broken wires and the detection signal eigenvalue is carried out by SVR.
