目的:探讨营养干预方法对住院初发糖尿病患者强化治疗的影响。方法:选择2010年2月~2012年12月在我院內分泌科治疗的2型糖尿病患者50例,都采用胰岛素强化治疗,然后给予积极的营养干预。结果:患者干预后的血糖、血压与血脂检验值都有明显下降,与干预前对比差异明显(P<0.05)。患者干预后的摄入能量、蛋白与脂肪值都明显得到降低,与干预前对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:营养干预方法在住院初发糖尿病患者强化治疗中的应用有利于降低血糖、血压与血脂值,优化营养素摄入水平,提高患者预后。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention on intensive treatment of newly diagnosed inpatients with diabetes. Methods: From February 2010 to December 2012, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with endocrinology in our hospital. All of them were treated with intensive insulin therapy and then received positive nutritional intervention. Results: The levels of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid in patients after intervention were significantly decreased, which were significantly different from those before intervention (P <0.05). After intervention, the energy intake, protein and fat value of patients were significantly reduced, with significant difference compared with before intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of nutrition intervention in intensified treatment of patients with newly diagnosed inpatients with diabetes is beneficial to lower blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid, optimize nutrient intake and improve prognosis.
